Time to unveil the pictures of India's billionaire tycoon with a glimpse inside his 400,000-square-foot mansion at a prestigious global address!
Discover Antilia, more than just a luxurious home—it's the Mumbai haven of Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries. Drawing inspiration from the mythical Atlantis, Antilia on Altamount Road in South Mumbai ranks as the world's second-most expensive property, following Buckingham Palace. With an estimated value of $1-2 billion, here's why Antilia has become an icon in India and worldwide.
This 400,000-square-foot masterpiece graces one of the world's costliest addresses—Altamount Road in South Mumbai. Each square foot in this exclusive locale commands a staggering Rs 80,000 to Rs 85,000, reflecting its opulent stature.
Crafted by Chicago-based architects Perkins and Will, and constructed by Australian-based Leighton Holdings, Antilia boasts 27 floors with soaring ceilings. Each floor matches the height of an average two-storey building, and it's built to withstand an earthquake measuring 8 on the Richter scale.
Antilia's architectural splendor draws inspiration from the lotus and the sun. The top six floors house a private residential area, featuring a grand temple, guest suites, a salon, an ice-cream parlour, and a private movie theatre accommodating 50 people.
With a penchant for speed, Mukesh Ambani allocated six floors exclusively for cars, including his Rs 5 crore Maybach. The garage accommodates a staggering 168 cars, complete with a dedicated car service station on the seventh floor. Antilia boasts nine high-speed elevators, each serving different floors.
Mumbai's scorching summers are no match for Mukesh Ambani's family, thanks to Antilia's snow room. This dedicated space produces man-made snowflakes, providing a cool escape from the city's heat.
